Returns Policy


All returns as outlined below will only be processed if the all of the following conditions are satisfied:

  1. You dispatch the returning merchandise to us within seven days of receipt of delivery,
  2. The merchandise is unused and unwashed,
  3. The original undamaged packaging is returned,
  4. You provide us with your invoice number and proof of you date of delivery, and,
  5. You notify us immediately of your intention to exchange the merchandise by email or telephone.

Defective Merchandise

In the event that the merchandise you receive from Linen.co.za or its affiliates is defective, we will replace the defective item with an undamaged identical replacement. No exchange will be processed if the merchandise was damaged by you on receipt of the merchandise (e.g. cigarette burns, tears etc), or if it has been washed or used. We will pay for the cost of return delivery taking the same form in which the merchandise was originally dispatched to you (e.g. door-to-door, postage etc).

Non-defective Merchandise

Should you not be satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange the merchandise for other items of the same value from linen.co.za. No exchange will be processed if the merchandise was damaged by you on receipt of the merchandise (e.g. cigarette burns, tears etc), or if it has been washed or used. You will be responsible for all costs of delivery.
